WORLDS 2023: FINALS

Opening teaser for the Finals of the 2023 League of Legends World Championship - the biggest esports event in the world.

The Finals became the most watched esports event of all time, with viewership peaking at 6.4 million concurrent viewers.

The teaser was turned around within 72 hours from the end of principal photography and is a collaborative effort between teams in Korea, US and Germany.

"Autumn" was a visual throughline for all of the teasers at Worlds. Starting with the leaves beginning to turn yellow during Play-Ins, the Finals teaser marks the end of this thematic journey, exploring the end of autumn and the beginning of winter.
